Concerns on Home School Arizona

ill try to make this short as possible but want to make sure i have enough details in it to explain what going on.

i work at a restaurant out in phoenix arizona…we have gone through some manager changes due to the fact the manager that hired me was fired shortly after i was hired.ive been with this company for about 3 months roughly..

at first it was great.i was getting about 40 hours a week…now the past 2 months or so the newest manager and i dont get along exactly…when he came.he wasnt even the manager at the time.well more like assistant but also as a hourly employee..he was constantly asking me to do things that werent exactly “part” of my job discription (im a cook)..

many employees have seen how he has been treating me.he contantly got on me about doing these other task instead of learning to be a cook.constantly telling me how to do my job when i was doing great.as said so by the other managers and employees.i felt so isulted.but i didnt say anything.i just kept doing as he asked..

finally i came out and started to ignore him,based on advice from many websites as well as employees.i felt bullied and harrassed..my hours dropped dramatically.i went from 40 hours a week down to nearly 3 hours a week if i was lucky..

i tried talking to both managers.they ignored me.finally i went in a few days ago to get my schedule.i wasnt on it…i asked the manager im having problems with if i can talk to him.he said no.i said ur the manager and its ur job to talk to me.(in a polite manner) he said im busy.i got upset.i said in a forceful but not shouting voice.enough so a few cutomers next to me can hear but so he can hear “im going to corporate” which is what many employees and friends and family told me to do if i couldnt get the managers to talk to me..

i went home and called and emailed corporate.a few hours later the manager called me back saying it was his fault he forgot to put me on the schedule.i also apologized everytime we had small problems.but went on as if it never happened.being extremly nice.asking if i can do thing for him.doing my job without being told by anyone.now its more of the fact i dont make enough money for gas…

today i was scheduled for 5 hours..i got 2.the i gue ditrict manager called me while at work on the work phone.started telling me why i didnt go to him about it.1i didnt have his number.2 there is so much paper work hanging on the walls i dont have time to read everything.3 i surly wasnt going to wait my time trying to talk to or ask someone for the number knowing i couldnt get it.

the DM goes on about if i did it to him he would fire me blah blah blah..i go back and do my work…the manager comes back in and says he needs to talk to me.he has me sign a diciplinary sheet….i didnt see exactly what it was for..but something like failed to do my duties or something like that.yet i do it very well..the other cooks do not complain about it nor does anyone else..

sorry for the long story.but my question is…

can i get disciplined how i went into work..no uniform.basically as a paying cusstomer..and saying im going to corporate’

and what should i do.many of my friends and family i getting upset with this company that they are starting to complain online and in person.i ask them not too.oh my manager says he int giving me many hours because work is slow.yet the other employees work about 30 hours a week,,,even high school kids get more hours than i.

i just dont know what to do.its causing me health problems now,.i cant afford medical bills either…ive gotten so stresed because of this i now break my teeth and my gums swell up….i dont sleep well either,.to which make me have somewhat more bad mood wings.not aggresive or lashing out.i just dont stay as positive as i usually am.this i the firt time this eer happened to me at a job.and i have had everal jobs.im in my mid 20′s…im a male…
